A Bit About Me

With my 32 years of experience in the industry, including the past 7 years as a General Manager, I am confident that I will not only uphold these standards but can also offer exciting improvements.

I have been managing hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Penang for the past five years. During this time, I have introduced many effective improvements, such as a new booking system that has increased the level of service as well as an effective new formula for hotel’s revenue generating. I also refurbished the hotel's and been a pre-opening hotel General Manager. I am proud to say that the past hotel under my administration had improve in hotel overall services and overall revenue generating, I have streamlined daily operations, which has increased overall efficiency, and I have also increased the hotel's profit margins.
